When we talk to users we hear a lot of people mention momentum in some way. It’s critical when raising that you follow up with potential investors in a timely fashion, especially when there is an expression of interest because its easy for them to get distracted, go on vacation, or move on to something else.
To help with this, we’ve just released a feature that easily lets you know when an investor contact is a bit stale on your Track board by turning their card red. This happens after 7 days of inactivity, meaning they haven’t moved or contact details added, or you haven’t added a note about them. It’s to serve as a reminder that it’s either time to follow up, or maybe move on from that particular lead. This is in addition to the existing PitchSend icons that indicate whether an investor has looked at your deck, downloaded, or viewed it multiple times.
Which brings us on to our second new feature: notes. You can now quickly add info on an investor so you remember what the next follow up is. To add a note, click on their card in Track, head to the Notes tab and hit the +Add button. Once you close their popup page you’ll notice their card is no longer stale.
That’s all for now – we can’t wait to hear your feedback. Hop on the chat in the bottom right or send us an email if you have any questions or thoughts 🙂
